You must do the following to claim our Best Available Rate Guarantee:

Book your reservation at fallbrookhillsideinn.com or by clicking Reserve Now. Then contact The EconoLodge Inn & Suites within 24 hours of booking your room by email or phone. Upon verification of your claim, The EconoLodge Inn & Suites will adjust your rate for the nights for which the lower rate was found, plus give you a FREE upgrade to the next available room type.

Rooms on the other website must be publicly available and bookable on the Internet at the time of verification. The rates are not valid if they are only published in the text and group negotiated rates do not apply.

The reservation must be made at www.fallbrookhillsideinn.com for The EconoLodge Inn & Suites in order to qualify. The EconoLodge Inn & Suites rate and the "comparison rate" must be provided to the hotel within 24 hours. Both the rate and "comparison rate" must be for the exact hotel, exact room type and reservation date(s). The same cancellation, advance purchase policies, and other terms and conditions governing the rate(s) must apply.

In addition, the following are examples of when the Best Rate Guarantee would not be applicable:

• Rate must be available to the general public and does not apply to: negotiated corporate, entertainment, group, and net rates.
• Opaque rates booked on an auction site where the consumer does not know the hotel being booked until confirmation. Examples of these types of sites include (but are not limited to) Price-line and Hotwire.com.
• Package websites or wholesale websites where room rates are packaged with other travel components, such as air or rental cars.
• Hotel Package rates that include the room and other components such as travel, parking, car rental, entertainment, and/or meals.
• Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay.
• Discount rates that are offered to select groups of individuals such as AAA, Senior Citizen rates and or Government rates.
• Rates extended to long stays over 30 days.
• The comparison rate on an alternate site must be found within 24 hours of booking or at the same time of booking. Each night will be considered individually when evaluating the comparison rate.
• The matching rate will be taken from the lower rate found and verified on the other site. The lower rate must be bookable.
• The guarantee does not apply to taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges, food and beverage charges, or any other fees you may incur during your stay.
• Pre-paid rates that involve a voucher or other form of pre-paid certificate (including electronic vouchers and certificates) for a hotel stay outside the United States and Canada.
• To avoid potential abuse and to enable us to honor our price-match guarantee, the acceptance of all requests is ultimately at the discretion of The EconoLodge Inn & Suites, who will at all times act reasonably and in good faith.
